Yes, a refund is acceptable within our specified timeframe based on the rules.

At our Capital Taiyo Life Insurance, you can only purchase life-related insurance policies. We do not offer general insurances such as car or fire insurance.

There are two saving insurance plans: Capital Taiyo Saving Life and Education Life. Saving Life offers an accidental death benefit and accepts single payments or installments. Education Life offers an education benefit and death benefit, depending on the product type, but accepts only installments.

Premium Payments FAQs

Surrender rates can vary depending on the product type and premium payment period. For more information, please contact our hotline at (+95)9-970019900.

Premiums can be paid through banks KBZ, AYA, Yoma, CB, MCB, UAB, GTB - over the counter, mobile banking payment (KBZ, AYA, CB, YOMA), mobile wallet payment (Citizens Pay, KBZ Pay, CB Pay, AYA Pay, Wave Money, OK Dollar), and G&G Convenience store (Limited area – Kyee Myin Daing, Kamaryut, Hlaing). Insured can activate the automatic premium payment by using CB automatic payment by filling the standing order form. In this case, premium payment will be deducted from your CB Bank account automatically every payment. Payment Channel--->[Click Here]

It depends on the product type. For example, the Capital Taiyo Saving Life (Triple Cover Plan) product requires six months of premium payment for it to be surrendered (eligible for a refund).
